I have entered the classes for the entire semester for Junior Young Friends. the way the list currently displays shows the furthest out date at the top, so getting to the classes for the current month means paging back through the list - is there a better way to organize / present this information? |

Is ti possible to list all events taking place at the meeting house and not show those that are not taking place at the meeting house? In deciding on how to schedule some activities, having a noisy activity in the social hall at the same time a quiet activity is planned for the worship room might be missed by just looking at one resource or the other. |

is it possible to have the event ending calendar automatically switch to the same date as the event starting date once it's been entered? When entering the DPAC meeting for April, it was tedious to page through several months to select the end date after I'd already done it for the start date. I'm also still having trouble with AM and PM entries. It was tricky getting the am postings to read correctly when I entered them in the afternoon, as the program seems to want to default to the current time of day. |

I just entered three upcoming events for the Death Penalty Abolition Committee which stretch into April. All of these events show up on the Upcoming events listed on the Home page. As we fill add in all of the other meetings and events, especially repeating events, this list could get pretty long. Is there a way to limit this listing to perhaps the next two weeks or by some other criteria to keep it manageable? |

For each of the class groups, it would be helpful for the level coordinator to see just the list of topics and teachers for that age level. For the FDS clerk, it would be helpful to be able to filter for a particular Sunday - e.g. Easter Sunday to be assure that all classes are covered or arrangements are made to combine classes for that date. |

I created a timeline in PDF format to uss for the Dec 27 JrYF class. It would be nice to be able to easily upload supporting documents to individual classes. this might also be used for Parent Letters - additional information to share with parents about what was covered in a class. |
